Reliance Life Insurance’s IPO has been allotted. The IPO of the company, which was launched by the insurance company on August 19, was distributed at the issue manager’s office in Sanima Capital on Friday. According to sales manager Sanima Capital, 20,509 people will not get IPO as per the company’s IPO.
The company’s IPO has received applications from 589,464 people. Of them, one thousand 955 applications have been rejected and 5 lakh 87 thousand 509 eligible applications have been received.

The company had issued 6.3 million shares worth a total of Rs 630 million. Out of that, 315,000 shares were allotted for collective investment funds and 315,000 shares for employees and the remaining 567,000 shares were issued to the public.

According to the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive, only 567,000 people got shares of the company when the eligible applicants were distributed at the rate of minimum 10 lots. The remaining 20,509 were left empty-handed.
